About Us
Nell Bullock is the owner and a
teacher of Rise 'N Shine School.
She's been running her fully accredited school
successfully for over 20 years.Her background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education, 3 years as a 1st grade teacher in the Jordan District, and schooled in the Math Their Way program.
