4 Years Old

Rise 'N Shine School offers three classes for 4-years-old where we focus on Kindergarten Preparation.  We begin with phonics, word recognition and beginner reading.   Also, we will be introducing to your child beginning math concepts and handwriting fundamentals.  Throughout the year we study the seasons, nature, animals, our environment, and other things that make our world special.  To balance out our curriculum, we spend a lot of time having fun!

3 Years Old

Rise 'N Shine School offers two classes for 3-years-old.   To help ease your child into the transition of school, each class meets for 2 -1/2 hours just twice a week.   Also, to help your child adjust, we offer AM or PM class times - you choose the time your child is most alert and ready to learn (classes d0 fill on a first come, first serve basis - so register early!).   In 3 Years Old, we will introduce phonics, letter recognition, and basic math skills to your child.  We will discover the world around us, learning about seasons, the weather, animals and about having fun!  

Kindergarten & Advanced K - Pending

If your child is Kindergarten ready or needs an additional challenge to his/her current Kindergarten curriculum, this daily supplement may provide the extra education your child needs.   Our structured classes focus on handwriting, spelling, reading, and math.  Children participate in a reading program where they begin to read two books per week . Children also have fun learning about their world: the weather, seasons, animals, and more.
