I, (your name), hold the position of (your title) of (Customer) and represent and warrant that I have the authority to execute this Anti-Piracy Statement on behalf of and bind the Customer.

Customer represents and warrants to Media Fast, LLC that Customer:

    1.    Owns or has licensed all necessary rights required to legally replicate, assemble and distribute            all music and software hereafter submitted by Customer to Media Fast, LLC for replication,            assembly or distribution (the "Media"), including all audio, print and images which appear on            the Media and any inserts provided to or required to be printed by or on behalf of Media            Fast, LLC.

    2.    Owns or has licensed all necessary rights required to legally contract with Media Fast, LLC to            replicate, assemble and/or distribute the Media and any inserts provided or required by           Customer.

Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Media Fast, LLC from any and all liability based upon alleged intellectual property infringement, including but not limited to copyrights, patents and trademarks, or content arising from the Media or Customer's directions to Media Fast, LLC to replicate, assemble and/or distribute the Media, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and costs of suit, defense, and damages of all kinds.
